Telisa is a North East-based dance artist. She has previously been teaching dance to adults and children in London, and completed an MA in performance at Dance City (Newcastle). She has also performed works by artists including Kate Taylor Dance, Fubunation, Southpaw Company and Alleyne Dance.
In this class, we’ll move through a series of technical sequences with a focus on floor work, building up to a chunky phrase with juicy textures. Expect good tunes, high energy, and physical movement.
